Shazans was created by the Ayyub family in 2000. From very humble beginnings, this hard working Muslim family based in Preston began making samosas in the kitchen at home to sell to the local community. They had a vision to do 2 things – firstly to develop great tasting authentic Halal Food and secondly to make this food more accessible to everyone in the UK.
Shazans now handmake 25 million samosas a year in Preston with over 100 highly skilled employees. Shazans have expanded into Fresh Meat and are the number 1 brand in the UK.
