Chicken Stir Fry


  • 1kg sliced chicken
  • 3tbsp oil
  • 3 sliced large onions
  • ½ sliced green and red pepper
  • 1tsp crushed ginger
  • 1tsp crushed garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1tbsp soya sauce
  • 2tbsp hot and sweet sauce
  • 1tbsp Chilli sauce
  • Fresh coriander
  • ½ tsp Red chilli powder


  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Add sliced onions and soften until pink.
  3. Add garlic, ginger and chicken.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until chicken is cooked throughout.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  7. Serve hot with naan.
