  • 1 kg steak
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red chilli
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 cup yogurt


  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Marinate and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Place all the steak in a pan add ½ cup water cover and cook on low heat until cooked throughout.
  4. When serving, place the steak under a pre heated grill for a couple of minutes.
  5. Serve with Steak chips or wedges
