Our butcher Nahar and her team (Qasim, John, Alexandra & Taskeen) at the Tesco Hayes counter in London gave their insight on how to safely prepare chicken in preparation to help Key Stage 2 learners make a tasty tandoori chicken roti during a live lesson next week.
