- 800g Tinned Tomato
- 750ml Chicken Stock
- Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 white onion
- 2 green peppers
- 4 sticks celery
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1tsp tomato paste
- Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
- 1tsp Oregano
- ½ tsp Chilli Powder
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 cups Rice
- Bunch spring onions
- 350g Prawns
- Fresh Coriander
- Lime
