Ingredients
- Tandoori Chicken – Chicken Portions
- Coconut and Chickpea Dhaal with a Coriander Chutney
- 2tbsp ghee
- 2 onions
- 8 garlic cloves
- Fresh ginger
- 1tsp ground turmeric
- 1tbsp nigella seeds
- 2tsp ground cumin
- 1tsp coriadner ground
- 1tsp sweet paprika
- 1 cinnamon Stick
- 1/2tsp chilli flakes
- 4 cardamom pods
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 x 400g shickpeas
- 75g yellow split peas
- 400ml coconut milk
- 2 Shallots
- 1tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1tsp Black Mustard Seeds
- 1/2tsp chilli flakes
- 3tbsp coriander leaf
- 10 curry leaves
- 75g Fresh Coriander
- 1-2 Green chilli or to taste
- 1.5tsp roasted ground cumin
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ lemon juiced
- 4tbsp cold water
- 60g Roasted Peanuts
